FloRight™ was developed to capture respiration paramaters that are relevant in the neonatal ward. Tidal breathing is measured by a TinyFlow™ vest, leaving the airways free. FloRight translates the changes in the vest to breathing measures:

  • - Tidal flow
  • - Tidal volume
  • - Respiration frequency
  • - Thoraco-abdominal asynchrony

The breathing patterns are visualised and quantified in real-time, and can be stored for later comparison. The measurement procedure is non-invasive and sedation free. FloRight tidal breathing graphs and data resemble those used in adult respiratory care. 

FloRight can be used to:

  • - Monitor the effects of interventions
  • - Identify obstructive lung disease
  • - Raise awareness of irregular breathing patterns
